They operate a helpline 9am-7pm offering a non-judgemental, supportive and professional service and to signpost to services and information that can help.

Smart Recovery

The Programme that provides training and tools for people who want to change their problematic behaviour, including addiction to drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, gambling, food, shopping and others. Trained facilitators guide groups, using a variety of CBT and motivational tools and techniques. Catalyst & iAccess often refer people into the service following a discharge from their input.
